Schedules & supervises staff on daily maintenance projects, plans & supervises all general maintenance & preventative maintenance issues.

Qualifications include:

Strong operational knowledge of HVAC systems Experience in engineering and maintenance required. At least 5 years of hands on Facility Maintenance experience Experience with Health Clubs & swimming pool maintenance is desirable CPO or ability to acquire

CPO VERY DESIRABLE/RECOMMENDED

Position Range:

Starts @ $75,000+ depending on experience and qualifications
