Job Description

Hokanson Companies is hiring a Facilities Coordinator to help support day-to-day operations of commercial properties in Indiana, Illinois and Kentucky.

Responsibilities:

Answer emails and calls from clients, tenants and vendors Schedule maintenance and coordinate contractors Track work orders and follow up on service requests Assist with inspections and property-related tasks Help process invoices and maintain records Support the Property Manager with daily administrative tasks

Requirements:

1-3 years of admin, office, or customer service experience Organized and detail-oriented Strong communication skills Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) Able to handle multiple tasks and deadlines Reliable transportation for regional travel Preferred (not required): Experience in property management, real estate or facilities
