CBRE is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to support a leadingglobal technology and automation company to support several US Locations. You'll gainhands-on experience working with clients, vendors, and contractors while learningthe fundamentals of facilities management within a world-class corporateenvironment.
What You'll Do:
Oversee facility maintenanceactivities, including preventive maintenance, repairs, and service vendormanagement. Conduct regular facility inspections toensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations. Manage and maintain all purchase orderand work order logs, ensuring accuracy and timely processing. Coordinate procurement and inventorymanagement of office and facility supplies. Maintain accurate records of maintenanceschedules, service contracts, and compliance documentation. Serve as the primary liaison withproperty management, contractors, and internal departments for facility-relatedmatters.
- Follow instructions, short correspondence, andmemos and ask clarifying questions.
- Respond to common inquiries or complaints fromclients, co-workers, and supervisors.
- Use existing procedures to solve straightforwardproblems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion.
- Impact through clearly defined duties, methods,and tasks are described in detail.
- Deliver own output by following definedprocedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.
What You'll Need:
High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience. Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work. Communication skills to exchange straightforward information. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset. Basic math skills. Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups. Applicantsmust be authorized to work in the United States without the need for visasponsorship now or in the future. The minimum salary for the position is or $26.00 per hour and the maximum salary for the position is $29.00 per hour. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience
