Job Description

CUSD 303
is seeking a qualified candidate to serve as the Facility Operations Manager. This is a full-time, 12-month position. May be on call after hours and other duties as assigned. Experience as an operations manager preferred.
Minimum Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent required Degree in Facility Management, Business, Construction, or Engineering preferred
Special Knowledge/Skills:
Knowledge of the principles of operations and maintnenance: Energy conservation HVAC Remodeling Construction Estimating/budgeting Project management Custodial Strong leadership and commuication skills Proactive management Experience in budget management and resource allocation Computer literate: word, excel, CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) See job description for further details.
