Job Description
We are seeking dependable, tech-savvy Customer Service and Facilities Dispatch professionals to support facilities service requests in a fast-paced, fully remote environment.
This team acts as a central point of contact when urgent facilities issues arise. Requests can range from HVAC outages and plumbing issues to leaks, equipment problems, and other situations requiring immediate vendor support.
The specialist will receive service requests, assess the situation, create and manage work orders, locate and dispatch appropriate vendors, communicate ETAs to clients, and follow each request through completion.
Key ResponsibilitiesReceive and respond to facilities-related service requests.
Handle urgent issues such as HVAC outages, leaks, plumbing problems, and other facility emergencies.
Create and maintain work orders from initial request through completion.
Contact and dispatch vendors to service client locations.
Communicate vendor ETAs, delays, and status updates to clients.
Follow up on open or stagnant work orders to ensure timely resolution.
Hold vendors accountable for service timelines, required documentation, and completion.
Escalate issues appropriately when additional support is needed.
Obtain completion documentation, pricing, and invoicing information.
Update work orders and service details across multiple systems.
Manage phone calls, messages, and multiple systems simultaneously.
Provide professional customer service while handling time-sensitive situations.
