Director of Facility Programming Spectrum Health Systems, Inc $67,000.00 / yr life insurance, vision insurance, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, 401(k) United States, Massachusetts, Shirley Sep 25, 2026

Description Location:

Shirley, MA -

Souza Baranowski Correctional Center Schedule:

Full-time, 40 hours per week.

Monday-Friday Pay rate:

$67,000/annually

Discounts on wide array of services/entertainment nationwide The Director of Facility Programming is responsible for: The direct management of all aspects of Spectrum programming at the assigned site.

Working closely with Massachusetts Department of Correction (MADOC) personnel, other institutional vendors, and off-site Spectrum staff to ensure delivery of services.

Working the hours required to meet the business needs of the organization including the ability to work more than 40 hours in a work week and potential weekends.

Qualifications Qualifications:

LADC, CADC, or actively pursuing licensure preferred.

Bachelors Degree or 3 years of equivalent experience in criminal justice, human services, education, counseling, or closely related field required.

Minimum of two years of supervisory experience preferred.

Corrections experience preferred.
