We are seeking a Certified Food Facility Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and ensure smooth, efficient, and compliant restaurant management.
Job Summary:
The Certified Food Facility Manager will be the overall in-charge of the daily operation of the restaurant, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining high-quality food service standards, and managing the restaurant team. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to create a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal food safety and sanitation regulations. Maintain all required certifications and documentation for food facility operations. Supervise, train, and support restaurant staff to deliver exceptional customer service. Manage inventory, order supplies, and monitor food quality and presentation. Handle scheduling, shift coverage, and staff performance management. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional manner. Implement operational improvements to increase efficiency and profitability. Ensure the restaurant environment is clean, safe, and welcoming.
Qualifications:
Must be a Certified Food Facility Manager (current and valid certification required). Proven experience in restaurant or food service management. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required. Work authorization to work in the USA is mandatory. Knowledge of food safety regulations, inventory management, and restaurant operations.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in upscale or fast-casual dining environments. Ability to lead by example and motivate a diverse team. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
