About the Role As Facility Manager , you'll oversee an adult foster care home—leading staff, ensuring compliance, and helping residents achieve their personal goals in a caring and structured environment. Key Responsibilities Supervise and support residential staff Oversee day-to-day operations and staff scheduling Ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance at both sites Collaborate with care teams to meet residents' needs Manage petty cash and resident funds Maintain records, oversee meds, and coordinate transportation Communicate with families, medical teams, and agencies Participate in on-call rotation What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in business, social sciences, or related field (preferred) 5+ years of leadership experience in healthcare or behavioral health Prior management/supervisory experience required Approved to work in AFC programs by all relevant regulatory bodies Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills Valid Driver's License, SSC and high school diploma (required) Familiarity with MI/DD/Autism supports Ability to pass background checks, training, and TB screenings Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Life Insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) Supportive leadership & room to grow Why SRS?
