Monitoring Specialist I - Remote#26-08636 Richfield, MN Onsite Contract Starts 9/07/2026 Ends 3/07/2027 Job Description Genesis10 is currently seeking a Monitoring Specialist I - Remote position with a Leading Consumer Electronics Retailer located in Richfield, MN. This is a 6+ month contract opportunity.

Compensation:

Up to $28.00 per hour, W2, based on qualifications

Position Overview:

This role is for the Crisis Intake team, which is responsible for planning for and responding to crisis incidents that affect people, customers, facilities, and operations. The primary function of this position is to intake calls from the Emergency Hotline, perform triage and notification, and provide situational awareness for events that may impact business operations. This position offers an opportunity for those interested in emergency management, threat detection, and situational awareness, with work hours from 5:00am-1:30pm Sunday-Thursday.

Key Responsibilities:

Answering Emergency Hotline calls and gathering information from employees Completing Intake Forms as per standards and submitting the electronic form to engage proper teams to assist callers Maintaining situational awareness of events and incidents that could cause an impact to people or operations Monitoring facilities for burglary or damage through CCTV and may include Electrical and HVAC systems Completing daily reporting as per standard operating procedures Escalating to appropriate authorities or internal teams should suspicious activity occur

Primary Requirements:

High school diploma or GED 1-2 years of call center or customer service experience Solid verbal and writtenmunication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving ability Ability to focus and multi-task
