Smokehouse Associate - Central Facility Kowalski's Markets - 3.6 Shoreview, MN Job Details Part-time $15.00 - $19.85 an hour 19 hours ago Qualifications Food quality maintenance Kitchen health and safety standards Food production Food service health code compliance Meat hygiene procedures Safety regulations Food order assembly Simple food item preparation Assembly Food safety sanitizing procedures Seafood Task prioritization Decision making Product quality assurance Meat product production Quality control experience within food and beverage industry Entry level Full Job Description Please note: pay range is based on experience This position is located at our Central Facility in Shoreview The ideal candidate must be reliable, detail-oriented, self-motivated, use good judgement and decision-making skills, have the ability to accomplish a variety of tasks independently, adapt to the workload within a fast-paced environment and be able to multi-task, react, and change priorities as needed. Our Smokehouse is responsible for supporting our meat and deli departments with a variety of meat products. Shift duties would be focused around preparing all types of meat product for shipment to all 11 locations.
