Lead the Project. Make the Call. Deliver Results. Looking for a role where you can lead projects, make decisions, take ownership, and see the results of your work? North Star Community Credit Union is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to lead facility projects and operations across our multiple locations. This role is built for someone who can manage the big picture while staying connected to the details—leading contractors, coordinating schedules and budgets, visiting project sites, and keeping projects moving from start to finish. If you're a project-minded professional with hands-on experience who takes pride in turning plans into results, we'd like to meet you. What You'll Lead Facility renovations, repairs, maintenance, construction, and improvement projects. Contractors, vendors, bids, budgets, schedules, and project timelines. Facility inspections, planning, preventative maintenance, and building systems. Grounds, snow removal, janitorial services, and other facility needs. Facility priorities and projects from planning through completion. What You Bring 5-8 years of experience in facilities, construction, maintenance, skilled trades, project management, or a related field. Experience coordinating contractors, vendors, projects, budgets, or building systems. Strong judgment, organization, communication, and follow-through. Ability to manage multiple priorities and keep projects on track. Willingness to travel regularly between North Star locations. Benefits & Perks We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support the health, financial well-being, and work-life balance of our employees.
Our benefits may include:
Health Insurance:
Medical coverage options to help support you and your family's healthcare needs.
Dental & Vision Insurance:

Retirement Savings:
A 401(k) retirement savings plan to help you prepare for your financial future.
Paid Time Off:
Opportunities to take time away from work to rest, recharge, and spend time with family.
Paid Holidays:

Lead projects from concept to completion, build relationships across the organization, and use your experience to influence how we maintain and improve our facilities. With multiple locations and a variety of projects, no two days will look exactly the same. You'll work with different teams, take on new challenges, and see the results of your work firsthand.
