Job Description

Our care philosophy is guided by the following core principles: Dignity and Respect Information Sharing Participation Collaboration The Facilities Coordinator is responsible for performing assigned duties in accordance with NRHN policies, procedures, and standards of care while supporting the organization s mission, values, and commitment to quality outcomes. Essential Responsibilities Under the direction of the Director of Facilities, they provide support to all staffed departments within the Facilities umbrella, including Plant Operations & Maintenance, Environmental Services, Laundry, and Communications. Additionally, they provide administrative & logistical support for all contracted service providers within the Facilities umbrella. Qualifications Strong organizational skills. Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing. Ability to take initiative, be self-motivated, and work independently. Possess effective time-management skills and the ability to prioritize. Possess knowledge of The Joint Commission standards. Ability to work in a team-centered environment. Ability to work in various geographical locations, as deemed necessary in support of the Facilities Department.
