Operations Supervisor - Soccer Facility Soccer 5 Bayonne Bayonne, NJ Job Details Part-time From $23 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Spanish Customer communication In-person customer service English Full Job Description About the Role The Operations Supervisor is the senior team member on site during each shift and plays a key leadership role in the day-to-day running of Soccer 5 Bayonne. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys leading people, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining the highest standards throughout the facility. We're looking for someone who notices what needs doing without being asked, takes pride in doing it well, and is never content to stand still when there is an opportunity to improve the facility or the customer experience. Key Responsibilities Lead and support the Operations Associate team during each shift. Deliver an outstanding customer experience and resolve customer concerns professionally. Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness, presentation, safety, and organization throughout the facility. Allocate work, coach team members, and lead by example. Support leagues, tournaments, camps, events, and daily operations. Proactively identify opportunities to improve the facility, customer experience, and business operations. Constantly look for ways to improve the customer experience. Lead from the front by rolling up their sleeves and helping wherever needed. Inspire others through their work ethic, attitude, and professionalism. If you've finished one task, find the next one. If you see something that could be better, improve it. If your team needs help, jump in. That's the culture we're building. Requirements 1-3 years' experience in a sports facility, recreation, hospitality, or customer-facing leadership role. Previous supervisory experience preferred. Fluent in both English and Spanish. Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
