This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys leading people, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining the highest standards throughout the facility. We're looking for someone who notices what needs doing without being asked, takes pride in doing it well, and is never content to stand still when there is an opportunity to improve the facility or the customer experience. Key Responsibilities Lead and support the Operations Associate team during each shift. Deliver an outstanding customer experience and resolve customer concerns professionally. Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness, presentation, safety, and organization throughout the facility. Allocate work, coach team members, and lead by example. Support leagues, tournaments, camps, events, and daily operations. Proactively identify opportunities to improve the facility, customer experience, and business operations.
