We are conducting a confidential search for a Facility Director to lead a substance abuse treatment center providing short-term residential, detox, and outpatient services.

What We Are Looking For:

Bachelor's degree required — Master's preferred 3+ years as a Facility Administrator or in healthcare leadership 5+ years managing substance use treatment services preferred Inpatient or outpatient detox experience highly preferred

In This Role, You Will:

Lead daily operations across residential, detox, and outpatient programs Oversee staffing, budgeting, and facility performance Ensure compliance with state, federal, and accreditation standards Build and support a strong clinical and operational team Drive program growth and quality of care This is an opportunity to lead a mission-driven organization helping individuals achieve lasting recovery — with the autonomy and support to do it well.
