As a Facilities Coordinator, you'll support the heartbeat of property operations and help keep our resort running smoothly. SUMMARY The Facilities Coordinator is responsible for maintaining departmental records, supporting daily operations, and executing administrative processes as determined by or in conjunction with the Manager of Facility Operations. How You Will Create the Extraordinary Maintain all departmental records, invoices, and files related to Facility Operations Manage Purchase Orders, track arrivals, and maintain accurate inventory Receive maintenance requests and dispatch personnel during daytime shifts Process documents, memos, maintenance records, letters, and timesheets Authorized to purchase equipment and supplies required for property maintenance Perform additional duties as assigned by the Director of Facility Operations Maintain reliable attendance and be available for scheduled work Demonstrate Family Style Service at all times What You Will Need High school diploma or equivalent preferred Minimum of one year of related experience and/or training Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and Excel Stand or Sit for long periods Work in hot or cold outdoor temperatures Walk for the entire shift Maneuver in confined spaces Reach, bend, stoop, and twist Tolerate high ‑ noise and smoky environments Work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays May push/pull up to 50 lbs May Lift up to 25 lbs If required possess and maintain applicable regional Nevada Gaming Card(s)/License(s) If required obtain NV Alcohol Card and SNHD Health Card Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
