Minimum Qualifications Applicants must have graduated from high school or possess a high school equivalency diploma , and meet one of the following qualification pathways: Option A — Bachelor's Degree A Bachelor's degree or higher in one of the following areas: School Facilities Management Engineering Construction Management Architecture AND At least two (2) years of experience in one or more of the following: School facilities maintenance General building construction Building maintenance or repair Construction management At least one (1) year of the required experience must have involved the supervision of employees. Option B — Associate's Degree An Associate's degree or higher in one of the following areas: School Facilities Management Engineering Engineering Technology Building Construction Technology Architecture Architectural Technology AND At least four (4) years of experience in one or more of the following: School facilities maintenance General building construction Building maintenance or repair Construction management At least one (1) year of the required experience must have involved the supervision of employees. Option C — Experience At least six (6) years of experience in one or more of the following: School facilities maintenance General building construction Building maintenance or repair Construction management At least one (1) year of the required experience must have involved the supervision of employees.

Additional Information Part-Time Experience:

Verifiable part-time experience may be prorated toward meeting the full-time experience requirements.

Non-Qualifying Experience:

Experience limited solely to building cleaning does not qualify. Building cleaning is defined as work primarily involving inside and outside cleaning activities, including, but not limited to, washing walls and windows, polishing floors, and cleaning restrooms.

Pay:

$75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
