H&M USA has consistently offered the highest quality ingredients to the nutritional, food, and pharmaceutical industries. Position Summary The Facilities Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operation, maintenance, and safety of our buildings and grounds. This role ensures that facilities are clean, functional, compliant, and cost-effective while supporting employees and business operations. Key Responsibilities Oversee maintenance and repair of buildings, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, office housekeeping, and landscaping Manage relationships with vendors, contractors, and service providers Develop and manage facilities budgets, including capital projects and operating expenses Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance programs Serve as main point of contact for any facility related audits Respond to facility emergencies and after-hours issues as needed Maintain documentation, permit, and service records Recruit and manage office housekeeping staff Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience) 5+ years of experience in facilities or building operations Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance practices Experience managing vendors and service contracts Solid budgeting and project management skills Familiarity with OSHA, local building codes, and safety regulations Strong problem-solving and communication skills Compensation and Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Health Benefits 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holidays
