What you'll do Lead the admissions process from referral to move-in Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, discharge planners, case managers, and community referral sources Evaluate referrals quickly and coordinate clinical review with nursing and interdisciplinary teams Drive census and payer mix goals in partnership with the Administrator Guide families through admission decisions with clarity and confidence Track referral sources, conversion rates, and admissions metrics Work closely with nursing, social services, therapy, and business office teams What you bring Experience in admissions, marketing, or business development in a skilled nursing facility Established relationships with hospital and community referral sources in the NYC metro area Working knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and managed care admissions Strong communication skills and a go-getter mindset Comfort working in a fast-paced environment What you get Salary of $110,000 - $130,000 per year Performance bonuses Competitive benefits package A leadership seat in a facility that values census growth and the people driving it Ready to take the next step?
