The ideal candidate should have experience in commercial maintenance, cleaning, and facility upkeep. This is full time position, with an outstanding compensation and benefits package. Daily duties will include dusting, vacuuming, cleaning windows, wiping down furniture, countertops, restrooms and breakrooms, running floor scrubber, paint touch ups, landscaping, snow removal, replacing lights, outside cleaning, parking lot and general facility maintenance and other duties to be determined. Monday through Friday 5 am
