This role ensures that all facilities are well-maintained, safe, and compliant with relevant regulations. The Facilities Manager will oversee vendor and service contracts, landscaping, security, and custodial services and ensure facility readiness for worship, ministry events, and community use. Additionally, this position involves assisting with various projects and duties as needed to support the overall functionality of our growing church campus. Duties Manage day-to-day facilities maintenance operations across the church campus, ensuring all areas are safe, functional, and well-maintained Develop and implement maintenance repair procedures to address routine and emergency repairs efficiently Oversee safety compliance initiatives, including adherence to OSHA regulations and safety protocols Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams for maintenance services and project support Assist with planning and executing upcoming building projects and campus improvements Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure facilities meet safety standards Maintain organized records of maintenance activities, inspections, warranties, manuals, and service histories. Support other projects and duties as requested to enhance the overall environment of the campus Requirements Proven experience in facilities maintenance management or a related field Strong knowledge of maintenance repair procedures and best practices Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and compliance requirements Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively, respond calmly to urgent issues, and work independently Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members, staff, vendors, and ministry leaders Basic proficiency with email, work order systems, spreadsheets and recordkeeping tools. Ability to work occasional evenings, weekends, or on-call hours as needed
Pay:
$49,900.00 - $70,000.00 per year
