Assistant Facility Director - Day Program

Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as an Assistant Facility Director for our Day Program, where you will play a vital role in leading and managing services that empower individuals with developmental disabilities. This energetic position offers the opportunity to foster a supportive environment, oversee daily operations, and ensure the delivery of high-quality social services. You will work closely with staff, clients, families, and community partners to promote independence, engagement, and well-being for those we serve. Duties Assist in managing daily operations of the day program, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and organizational standards Supervise and support program staff, including social service workers and behavioral health specialists, fostering a collaborative team environment Oversee client intake, service planning, and progress monitoring to meet individualized goals and needs Develop and implement program initiatives that enhance client engagement and community integration Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling, documentation, budgeting, and maintaining accurate records using Microsoft Office tools Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, community partners, and underserved populations to promote trust and collaboration Ensure adherence to policies related to behavioral health, disability services, and compliance requirements Qualifications Proven experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral health needs in a social services setting Demonstrated leadership in social services administration with supervisory experience in program management or team supervision Strong relationship management skills to foster positive interactions among clients, staff, and community stakeholders Excellent written communication skills for report writing, documentation, and client correspondence Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for administrative tasks and program documentation Experience working with underserved communities from diverse cultural backgrounds; bilingual abilities are a plus Knowledge of budgeting processes, compliance standards, and program development strategies within social services or related fields Ability to lead behavioral health initiatives while maintaining a focus on client-centered care Join us in creating a supportive environment where individuals thrive! Pay:
$49,818.38 - $55,000.00 per year
