As Business Unit Automotive Solutions & Lamps we support our vision and strategy by expanding our leading position in the automotive lighting market in OEM and Aftermarket. We are in a global leadership position in the automotive lamps business in traditional and LED applications and offer industry leading products in LED lighting to global OEM customers (e.g. with exchangeable LED light sources). We also tackle new growth opportunities in the Aftermarket with our automotive care and equipment portfolio. We are seeking an experienced EHS & Facilities Manager to support our Warren, PA location. This role will lead environmental, health, and safety initiatives while overseeing key facility operations to ensure a safe, compliant, and efficient workplace. The ideal candidate will bring strong EHS knowledge, facilities management experience, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Environmental, Health & Safety (70%) Ensure compliance with OSHA and EPA requirements, manage ISO 14001 and
ISO 45001
systems, maintain permits and renewals, and oversee contractor safety compliance. Lead incident investigations and near-miss reporting, track corrective actions, and administer PPE, JSA, Lockout/Tagout, and machine safeguarding programs. Coordinate new-hire safety orientation, annual refresher training, forklift certification, emergency response training, and contractor onboarding. Ensure internal EHS and ISO monitoring, support regulatory inspections, Ensure continued 3rd party ISO qualification by identifying gaps and applying corrective action. Manage waste disposal and recycling, chemical inventory and SDS administration, stormwater and spill prevention, and environmental controls. Track electric, natural gas, and water consumption and identify opportunities to reduce utility usage and cost. Facilities Management (30%) Administer and coordinate external contractors for HVAC, plumbing, electrical infrastructure, fire protection systems, janitorial services, snow removal, and parking lot maintenance. Oversee exterior lighting, signage, and general site upkeep to maintain safe, functional, and professional facilities. Coordinate inspections and service for powered industrial trucks and overhead cranes. Maintain physical security systems, cameras, and access-control systems to support site security. Maintain emergency evacuation plans and coordinate fire drills, emergency response activities, and severe-weather preparedness. Support business continuity planning and facility readiness to minimize operational disruption during emergencies. Associate degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field required. Minimum of 5 years of EHS and/or facilities experience, with experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment strongly preferred. Minimum of 2 years of management or functional leadership experience, including ownership of EHS programs, projects, contractors, or cross-functional initiatives. Demonstrated knowledge and practical application of local, state, and federal environmental, health, and safety regulations and compliance requirements, including OSHA and EPA requirements. Hands-on experience with ISO 14001 and
ISO 45001
management systems is required, including supporting compliance, audits, corrective actions, and continued certification. Experience developing, implementing, and maintaining EHS programs, policies, procedures, and training within an operational environment. Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple functions and levels of the organization. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
