What your future day will look like: Coordinate reservations for conference rooms supporting executive meetings, events, and onboarding sessions. Manage event logistics including catering coordination and vendor communication. Oversee setup and breakdown of meeting spaces to ensure readiness and professionalism. Maintain detailed schedules and ensure all event requirements are properly executed. Communicate with internal teams to confirm event needs and ensure a seamless experience. Troubleshoot last-minute changes or issues to keep events running smoothly.
