Where to Apply https://www.cn.edu/employment/coordinator-of-game-operations-facilities-and-special-events/ Overview This position is responsible for all game day activities during the events and ensures that all key positions are staffed and that all workers and volunteers are properly trained for their responsibilities. They help in the preparation before, during, and after Game Days. Serve as Game Day Manager for football, assist with ticket operations, and organize and execute various fundraising events. Promote and execute game day promotions. Adhere to the SAC and NCAA policies and procedures, and support and uphold the athletic department's goals and philosophies. Duties Develop game day operations plans with Director and operations staff for football, volleyball, men's and women's soccer, men's and women's basketball, beach volleyball, softball, and baseball Responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of sales, marketing, and game-day promotions programs for football and basketball Oversee all game-day operations Assist in the hosting of championships and outside events Help in other areas as needed such as marketing, promotions, and budgets (RFP, Travel Advance, Expense Reports) Training and oversight of students and volunteer staff Oversee hiring/staffing game day operations for various sports as needed Assist in the development and implementation of marketing and sponsorship plans for various sports Coordinates game day planning and promotions for various sports Detailed attendance and ticket tracking Assist in identification and selection of ticketing software Assist the development and growth of ticket sales campaigns Performs other related duties as assigned Require working game days and additional athletics related events throughout the academic year. Requirements Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree preferred 1 or more years of experience in sports marketing and event management. Preference given to candidates with experience in NCAA institutions. Ability to work nights and weekends. Ability to interact in a professional manner with people and present a positive image of the University. Able to operate in a fast-paced environment. Punctual, organized, and exceptional customer service. Clear and succinct oral and written communication. Self-motivated, self-controlled, and a "can-do" positive attitude. Proficient in the use of appropriate technology, Microsoft Office, and social media
