Are you equally comfortable walking the field, talking with clients, and explaining the story behind the numbers? If so, this role is for you. What will I be doing? Translating early concepts into executable construction plans for large commercial projects across structures, facilities, and systems. Coordinating schedules and sequences so work progresses without bottlenecks and deadlines are met. Building and submitting reliable budget estimates; issuing periodic progress reports; and maintaining cost tracking to keep financials in control. Issuing purchase orders for major equipment and subcontracted scopes, detailing shipping requirements, forecasting delivery dates, and obtaining advance delivery notices. Partnering with the trade foreman to facilitate accurate material takeoffs and timely procurement. Backing field personnel in their collaboration with other subcontractors and resolving field issues as they surface. Nurturing customer relationships through clear, consistent communication and delivery excellence. What responsibility will I own? You will maintain full financial responsibility for the project and apply a strong understanding of construction financial and accounting practices to manage commitments, costs, changes, and cash flow from start to finish. What experience do I need? 7-10 years of relevant experience in the Low Voltage industry. Proven experience managing large data center electrical buildouts. Background planning, directing, and coordinating construction and maintenance efforts for commercial environments.
