Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance, safety, and operational efficiency of our facilities. In this role, you will lead a team of maintenance professionals, coordinate repairs and upgrades, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Your expertise in mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems will drive the seamless functioning of our facilities, creating a safe and productive environment for all staff and visitors. Duties Manage and supervise facilities maintenance teams, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and safely Oversee the repair, inspection, and maintenance of mechanical systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and high-voltage equipment Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to optimize equipment lifespan and reduce downtime Coordinate with contractors and vendors for specialized repairs such as programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics interpretation, and engineering troubleshooting Ensure compliance with OSHA safety regulations by conducting regular safety audits, maintaining safety records, and promoting a safety-first culture Lead facility projects from planning through execution, managing schedules, budgets, and resources effectively Utilize tools such as voltmeters, ohmmeters, and other electrical testing devices to diagnose issues within electrical systems Qualifications Proven management experience leading facilities maintenance or engineering teams in an industrial or commercial setting Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in HVAC system repair, mechanical systems repair, plumbing system maintenance, and electrical systems troubleshooting Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics reading, and engineering troubleshooting techniques Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and best practices for industrial maintenance management Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite for reporting, planning, and communication purposes Experience managing facilities using CMMS platforms for work order tracking and maintenance scheduling Ability to interpret technical schematics and electrical diagrams accurately Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise teams effectively while fostering a safety-conscious environment Excellent communication skills in English to coordinate with team members, vendors, and stakeholders Valid certifications in electrical experience (including high voltage/low voltage), HVAC system repair, plumbing maintenance, and industrial maintenance procedures are highly desirable Join us as a Facilities Manager to lead our maintenance operations with energy and precision!
