Full-Time | [1st/2nd/3rd Shift]
Pay Rate:
$21-24/hour Job Summary Adecco is currently hiring an experienced Forklift Operator for a busy manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of forklift operating experience , strong knowledge of shipping and receiving processes , and the ability to work safely in a fast-paced production environment. This role is responsible for moving materials, loading and unloading trucks, inventory handling, and supporting warehouse operations. Key Responsibilities Operate sit-down, stand-up, and/or reach forklifts safely and efficiently. Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments. Move raw materials and finished goods throughout the manufacturing facility. Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against shipping documents. Prepare outbound shipments according to customer and company requirements. Perform inventory transactions and maintain accurate inventory records. Stage materials for production and assist with replenishment activities. Conduct routine forklift inspections and report maintenance issues. Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and OSHA regulations. Maintain clean and organized warehouse and work areas. Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits as needed. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of recent forklift operating experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment. Experience with shipping and receiving operations required. Ability to read shipping documents, packing slips, bills of lading, and inventory records. Experience using RF scanners and warehouse management systems preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Forklift certification preferred or ability to obtain certification upon hire. Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift. Ability to work in a warehouse or manufacturing environment with varying temperatures. Why Work with Adecco? Pay Details:
$22.00 to $24.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
