In this energetic role, you will contribute to various hands-on tasks that support manufacturing operations and ensure smooth production processes. Duties Assist with the setup, operation, and maintenance of manufacturing equipment and machinery Perform heavy lifting and manual handling of materials, supplies, and products in accordance with safety standards Follow strict safety protocols and utilize personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times to ensure a safe working environment Support assembly, packaging, and shipping processes by preparing materials and organizing work areas Conduct routine inspections of tools, equipment, and workspaces to identify potential hazards or maintenance needs Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area to promote safety and efficiency Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals while adhering to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) guidelines Requirements Proven mechanical knowledge or experience working with machinery or equipment preferred Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including heavy lifting and standing for extended periods Understanding of safety standards in production environments, including proper PPE use Prior experience in manufacturing or a similar hands-on role is advantageous but not required Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude toward safety and quality standards Ability to follow instructions carefully and work effectively within a team setting Join us in this vital role where your energy, physical effort, and commitment to safety will directly contribute to our manufacturing success!
