September 28, 2026 About the Role We are seeking a dependable, safety-focused Material Handler / Forklift Operator to support production and warehouse operations at our Lebanon, CT facility. This is a hands-on position requiring forklift operation, manual material handling, truck loading, inventory management, and general plant maintenance. The ideal candidate is reliable, comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions, and willing to work overtime as needed. Key Responsibilities Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment Perform daily equipment inspections, including checking oil, water, and fuel levels Supply production and packaging lines with empty pallets Remove finished products from production lines and transport them to designated storage areas Operate stretch-wrapping equipment for palletized products Load outbound trucks accurately using Bills of Lading (BOLs), SKUs, and tablet-based systems Restack pallets and organize inventory as needed Cut and dump product bags as part of production support Maintain accurate inventory records and perform physical inventory counts Ensure finished goods are stored safely and efficiently Assist with housekeeping duties including sweeping, trash removal, equipment cleaning, and maintaining overall plant cleanliness Follow all safety, quality, and productivity standards Qualifications Previous experience in warehouse, manufacturing, construction, general labor, or a related field preferred Forklift experience required; certification is a plus Experience operating pallet jacks and other industrial equipment preferred Ability to lift, move, stack, and handle heavy materials throughout the shift Comfortable working outdoors for extended periods in various weather conditions Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to work overtime and extended shifts when production demands require it Physical Requirements Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull materials throughout the shift Stand, walk, bend, twist, and reach for extended periods Work in an outdoor environment approximately 90% of the time Ability to safely perform physically demanding tasks in varying weather conditions Why Join Us?
