Job Summary Responsible for all paperwork and coordination of activities associated with shipping/receiving of products within Adams Corporate Warehouse. Proficient in computer support to review inventory and process shipping/receiving. The hours for this position are 7:00AM to 3:30PM Monday thru Friday. Major Responsibilities/Activities

• Physically receive incoming shipments, verifying counts, and material integrity.
• Assist as needed in outbound shipment processing.
• Use fork truck, both sit and stand; hand truck, reach truck, and other means as necessary to move incoming material into storage.
• Perform physical cycle counts as needed
• Physically move material into raw material storage locations.
• Coordinate returnable vendor packaging and storage.
• Rotate material for ease of FIFO practices. Update storages boards for awareness.
• Ability to read and interpret documents and instructions and execute them.
• Perform functions of pick/pack for Adams and Dowling activity.
• Maintain Powered Industrial Truck batteries on monthly basis.
• Maintain recyclable materials, calling in for pickups.
• Perform limited inventory transactions.
• Perform other functions as required.

Level of Interaction/Influence 1. Continuous interaction with other employees, delivery personnel, vendors. 2. Communicates effectively with all interactions and collaborates with others to keep the warehouse running smoothly. Level of Autonomy/Supervisory Authority 1. No supervisory duties. Minimum Qualifications Required 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Minimum of 3 years warehouse operations experience required. 3. Well organized, good problem-solving and time management skills. 4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills required. 5. Ability to multi-task and perform as a team player. 6. Vertical and sit down PIT training.

Physical Requirements:

1. Walk safely through the plant. 2. Must have full range of motion (sitting, standing, squatting, bending, reaching, etc.). 3. Ability to lift 15-25 lbs on an occasional basis. Adams Magnetic Products is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
