Farbest Foods, Inc. Vincennes is hiring a forklift operator to work in our Shipping Department! This is a second shift position. Starting pay is $21.35 per hour with perfect attendance and including shift differential! Steady employment! Affordable benefits! We hire to train and lead you to success!

General Statement of Duties :

Perform work required to operate the forklift for materials handling. Does related work required for the operation of the department and general work area.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities :

Major responsibilities include material handling for shipping trucks, palletizing, and any work required by a forklift or scissor lift. Must help stamp boxes and wrap skids of product by hand. Will be required to scan and do data entry to the bar coding system. Minor maintenance is required. Rotates to other jobs as needed. Physical working conditions : Work area ranges from 40 to -40 degrees depending on the work area. The area can be camp and icy. Candidates must be at least 18 years of age.
