Experience operating forklifts or similar material handling equipmentUnderstanding of forklift and workplace safety proceduresManufacturing, production, warehouse, shipping, or material handling experienceAbility to load, unload, move, and position materials in an active manufacturing environmentAbility to follow established procedures and directions from multiple team membersStrong communication, organization, and prioritization skillsAbility to work effectively in a busy steel manufacturing and fabrication environmentAbility to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditionsAbility to work around typical noise, dust, sparks, fumes, and equipment found in a metal fabrication environmentAbility to frequently stand, walk, bend, stoop, and kneel while performing job dutiesAbility to handle objects weighing up to 50 poundsHigh school diploma or equivalent preferredAt least one year of manufacturing or production experience preferredCommitment to using required PPE and maintaining organized work areasWestern Utility Telecom, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
