Responsibilities Operate forklifts to load, unload, and transport raw materials and finished products Stage materials to support production schedules and shipping requirements Perform pre- and post-operation inspections on forklifts and report issues Follow Cargill safety, food-quality, and housekeeping standards at all times Maintain accurate counts and records for inventory and material movements Read and follow work orders, labels, and production or shipping instructions Assist with palletizing, wrapping, and preparing outbound shipments Coordinate with production and warehouse teams to ensure efficient workflow Required Skills Forklift operation Warehouse safety procedures Material handling Palletizing and staging Inventory control Basic equipment inspection Loading and unloading trucks Reading work orders and labels Use of RF scanners or basic warehouse systems Basic mechanical troubleshooting
