This position is primarily responsible for replenishment, receiving, inventory movement, and loading/unloading trucks . We are looking for someone who is safety-conscious, accurate, comfortable with warehouse technology, and able to work independently while being part of a strong team. Our warehouse is located inside the Springfield Underground and stays approximately 68°F year-round , providing a clean and comfortable work environment without the extreme heat and cold found in many warehouses. What You'll Do Replenish primary picking locations using a sit-down electric forklift Receive and put away inbound shipments Load and unload inbound and outbound trucks Move inventory throughout the warehouse accurately and efficiently Use tablets and Bluetooth scanners to record inventory movements Perform physical inventory counts and assist with inventory accuracy Stage products and materials as needed for warehouse operations Operate warehouse equipment safely and responsibly Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Assist with other warehouse duties as needed What We're Looking For Minimum 1 year of verifiable forklift experience Experience operating a sit-down forklift Previous warehouse, distribution, or receiving experience preferred Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy Basic computer and technology skills Comfortable using tablets, scanners, and warehouse software Ability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly Dependable attendance and punctuality Ability to work safely in a fast-paced warehouse environment Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team Experience operating a stretch-wrap machine is a plus
