Marina General Laborer / Boat Yard Hand

• Up to $18/hour
• Training Provided We are looking for a reliable, hardworking General Laborer to provide support throughout the marina.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys physical work and wants to contribute to daily operations with no specialized skills required! Looking for help from 10/1/26-12/15/26, with potential for next season starting 3/15/27

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with boat hauling, launching, and yard organization
• Help with dock and grounds cleaning and maintenance
• Move equipment, supplies, and materials as needed
• Support winterization, shrink-wrapping, and spring setup
• Keep work areas clean and organized

Requirements:

• Boating license, boating experience
• Forklift experience
• Comfort working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player
• Reliable form of transportation
• Valid boating license or obtain one within 6 months
