Job Description

Job Summary We are actively recruiting skilled and safety-oriented Sit-Down Operators for immediate, full-time placement. This is a critical role essential to our logistics and production flow, offering a secure, long-term opportunity with pathways to permanent employment. Primary Responsibilities Operate an industrial Sit-Down Forklift with precision, continuously prioritizing safety. Execute the controlled movement, stacking, loading, and accurate staging of raw materials and finished goods on pallets within a dynamic warehouse environment. Strictly adhere to all established company safety protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Perform pre-shift equipment checks and report any necessary maintenance.

Essential Qualifications Operating Experience:

A minimum of 2 years of recent and verifiable experience operating a Sit-Down Counterbalance Forklift is required.

Communication:

Must possess the ability to speak, read, and understand English for effective comprehension of safety instructions, signage, and team communication, as required by the role's safety standards.

Physical Requirements & Dress Code:

Must be able to perform the physical duties of the job and adhere to the company's dress code, which requires closed-toed work shoes and appropriate workplace attire for a warehouse setting. (

Note:

Safety requirements prohibit open-toed shoes, shorts, or loose-fitting clothing.)

Compensation & Shift Details Competitive Pay Rate:

$20.80 per hour

Shifts Available:

Our most immediate need is for the 3rd Shift . Occasional opportunities may arise for other shifts. 3rd Shift (Primary Need): 11:00 PM•7:30 AM 2nd
