2997576958-2 Apply for this job now Job Description Green Bay Packaging is seeking a reliable Shipping Warehouse Driver to support our manufacturing operations. In this role, you will safely operate forklifts and box trucks to load, unload, and transport corrugated packaging and paperboard products between warehouse, production, and shipping areas. You will pick and stage orders, verify counts, complete shipping/receiving documentation, and use basic warehouse systems to track inventory and shipments. You'll follow strict safety and DOT guidelines, inspect vehicles and equipment, and help keep the warehouse clean, organized, and operating efficiently as part of a collaborative team. Responsibilities Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and box trucks for material movement Load and unload trailers, staging and securing product for shipment Pick, stage, and verify customer orders against shipping documents Complete bills of lading, shipping, and receiving documentation accurately Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections on vehicles and equipment Use basic warehouse or inventory systems to track product movements Coordinate with production and shipping teams to meet schedules Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment Follow all company, OSHA, and DOT safety rules and procedures Report equipment issues and assist with basic preventative checks Required Skills Forklift operation Pallet jack operation Box truck or straight truck driving Loading and unloading procedures Shipping and receiving documentation Basic inventory control Use of warehouse management or scan-gun systems Safety and OSHA compliance Basic vehicle and equipment inspection Time management and scheduling
