Forklift Operator — Sand Springs, OK Parker Plastics, Inc. It's a full-time, Monday-Friday schedule, 7:00 AM - 3:06 PM, with occasional overtime as needed. You'll be responsible for safely and accurately completing daily job duties while following all warehouse practices and procedures. We're looking for someone with a clean driving and safety record, a valid driver's license, strong verbal and written communication skills, basic computer literacy, and a working knowledge of logistics. Candidates must be able to pass a drug test and a criminal background check. What You'll Do Work with others in a positive and constructive manner. Inspect all inbound and outbound shipments for damage. Ensure all inbound and outbound trailers pass inspection. Complete required forms accurately and on time. Load and unload trailers in a safe, timely manner. Assist in preparing shipping paperwork. Assist in and complete daily, monthly, and yearly inventories. Help train fellow team members. Assist in putting up all night stock. Ensure manufactured products meet or exceed all quality requirements. Help maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following and reinforcing standards, policies, and procedures. Follow all safety procedures and policies. What You'll Bring High school diploma or equivalent. 3 years of warehousing experience preferred. Willingness to complete PPI's Forklift Certification program within 90 days of employment. Ability to read, write, and follow verbal and written instructions in English. Comfort operating warehouse equipment as described above. Proficiency in MS Office and the ability to learn new software programs. A strong working knowledge of logistics. Physical Demands Standing and walking for extended periods of time Bending the body in different directions Extending hands and arms in any direction Climbing, which requires good body agility Lifting 50-75 pounds regularly Pushing and pulling with steady force Ready to join our team?
