Temp-to-Hire Job Order #: 153653 Position Overview Stand-By Personnel is seeking an experienced Forklift / Yard Operator for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Tulsa. This position is responsible for safely operating forklifts to load, unload, transport, and organize materials throughout an industrial yard and warehouse environment. Candidates must have previous forklift operating experience and be comfortable handling materials, loading trucks, supporting shipping and receiving operations, and maintaining organized storage areas. The ideal candidate has strong forklift skills, previous yard experience, and the ability to work safely and efficiently in an outdoor industrial environment with varying weather conditions. Required Experience & Skills Previous forklift operating experience required Industrial yard experience preferred Ability to safely load and unload trucks Experience moving and staging materials Familiarity with warehouse and material-handling operations Ability to perform daily forklift inspections Strong understanding of forklift safety procedures Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs as needed Strong attention to detail and material-handling accuracy Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable transportation required Dependable attendance and punctuality Strong commitment to workplace safety Essential Duties & Responsibilities Operate forklifts safely and efficiently Load materials onto outgoing trucks Unload incoming shipments Transport materials throughout the yard Move products throughout warehouse areas Stage materials in designated locations Assist with shipping and receiving activities Support inventory organization Maintain organized material-storage areas Position materials for loading and shipment Verify materials are handled and stored appropriately Perform daily forklift inspections Identify equipment concerns Report mechanical or safety issues promptly Maintain clean and organized work areas Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements Assist with additional warehouse and yard responsibilities Perform other material-handling duties as assigned Forklift Operation Candidates must have previous hands-on forklift experience.

Responsibilities may include:

Loading trucks Unloading incoming materials Moving products throughout the facility Transporting materials across outdoor yard areas Staging materials for shipping Organizing warehouse inventory Positioning products in designated locations Supporting efficient material flow Candidates must demonstrate safe equipment operation and maintain awareness of surrounding personnel, vehicles, and materials. Industrial Yard Operations Previous yard experience is preferred.

Candidates may regularly:

Transport materials throughout outdoor storage areas Organize yard inventory Stage products for loading Move materials between yard and warehouse locations Maintain clear travel paths Support truck-loading operations Assist with general yard organization Maintain safe and orderly material-storage areas Candidates must be comfortable working outdoors in changing weather conditions. Loading & Unloading Load outgoing trucks safely Unload incoming materials Position materials for efficient loading Stage shipments in designated areas Handle products carefully to prevent damage Maintain organized loading areas Coordinate material movement with coworkers Follow established loading and unloading safety procedures Shipping & Receiving Support Depending on daily workload, candidates may assist with: Receiving incoming materials Staging received products Preparing outgoing materials Organizing shipments Moving products to appropriate storage locations Supporting warehouse personnel Maintaining organized shipping and receiving areas Inventory & Material Organization Maintain organized yard and warehouse inventory Move materials to designated locations Assist with material staging Identify misplaced materials Support accurate material locations Maintain clear storage areas Communicate material concerns promptly Help ensure products are accessible when needed Daily Equipment Inspections Candidates will be responsible for performing routine forklift inspections before operation.

Responsibilities include:
