Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Forklift Operator to join our dynamic warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently operating various types of material handling equipment, including forklifts, reach trucks, cherry pickers, and clamp trucks, to facilitate the safe and accurate movement of goods within our distribution center. Your expertise will ensure smooth warehouse operations, proper inventory management, and adherence to safety standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in warehouse management systems, materials handling, and equipment repair, contributing to a productive and safety-conscious environment.

Hours available:

2nd: Mon-Fri 3:30pm-11:30pm ($20.50) MUST be able to stay til 1:30am if there is OT. 3rd: Sun-Thurs 11pm-7am ($20.75) MUST be available to train on 2nd shift 3:30-11:30pm

Key Responsibilities:

Operate forklifts, reach trucks, cherry pickers, clamp trucks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently in accordance with OSHA and company safety protocols Load and unload shipments accurately using barcode scanning technology for logistics tracking Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with precision and attention to detail Maintain accurate inventory records within the warehouse management system Experience Proven experience operating forklift trucks Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and barcode scanning for logistics purposes Knowledge of OSHA regulations related to forklift safety protocols and heavy equipment operation Experience with order picking, load & unload procedures, and shipping & receiving processes Ability to perform basic math calculations related to inventory counts and measurements Strong understanding of materials handling techniques and manual handling safety standards Previous experience in warehouse management or supervision roles is a plus but not required Demonstrated ability to perform equipment repair or maintenance tasks is advantageous #IND789

Pay:

$20.50 - $20.75 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
