Our manufacturing facility is expanding, and we are looking for skilled Forklift Operators to join our team immediately. This is a high-intensity role perfect for those who enjoy staying active and maximizing their earnings through consistent overtime. Schedule & Shift Information We operate around the clock to meet production demands. Candidates must be comfortable with a demanding, high-reward schedule:
Shift Structure:
10-hour shifts.
Work Week:
6 days per week (mandatory overtime).
Availability:
Multiple shifts available (1st, 2nd, and 3rd).
Note:
Overtime is paid at 1.5x your hourly rate for any hours worked over 40 per week. Key Responsibilities As a Forklift Operator, you will be the backbone of our material handling process, ensuring the production line never stops.
Material Movement:
Safely transport raw materials to production lines and move finished goods to the warehouse or shipping docks.
Loading/Unloading:
Operate sit-down or stand-up forklifts to unload trailers and stack pallets in high-bay racking.
Inventory Accuracy:
Use RF scanners to track movement and ensure the warehouse management system is up to date.
Safety Compliance:
Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and adhere to all OSHA and facility safety standards.
Maintenance:
Keep the work area clean and organized to prevent accidents and improve efficiency. Candidate Requirements
Experience:
At least 1 year of experience operating a forklift in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
Stamina:
Ability to work 60 hours per week in a fast-paced setting.
Reliability:
Strong attendance record is a must, especially given the 6-day work schedule.
Physical Ability:
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and sit/stand for long durations during a 10-hour shift.
