What You'll Do:
Safely operate a forklift to move materials throughout the warehouse Pick, stage, and prepare customer orders for shipment Read and process customer orders, work orders, and shipping documents Transport materials from receiving, storage, and production areas Scan and track inventory using warehouse management systems (WMS) Complete daily forklift TPM inspections and documentation Assist with inventory counts and material tracking Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Support facility upkeep, including sweeping, dusting, and general housekeeping
What We're Looking For:
Prior forklift certification or Pallet Rider operating experience High School Diploma or GED Computer skills and experience with WMS systems Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work efficiently in a busy warehouse environment Commitment to safety, quality, and company standards
Physical Requirements:
Regularly lift up to 25 lbs; occasionally up to 50 lbs Stand for extended periods and frequently walk throughout the facility Bend, twist, reach, stoop, kneel, and crouch as needed Occasionally climb stairs Ability to safely perform warehouse duties requiring close and distance vision Why Join Us?
