The Material Handler/Puller position is responsible for pulling orders, staging materials, preparing products for shipment, and supporting inventory movement. Training will be provided to help successful candidates learn our products, processes, and material flow requirements. Key Responsibilities Unload materials and merchandise from incoming vehicles and place them in designated storage locations. Move inventory and products to pallets, crates, or other storage and shipping locations. Pull and stage materials for production and customer orders. Identify and report damaged materials, inventory discrepancies, or quality concerns. Deliver raw materials and components to production workstations as required. Operate a counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently (Material Mover role). Conduct routine equipment inspections and report maintenance or repair needs. Maintain accurate inventory records and activity logs. Learn product locations and material flow processes through on-the-job training. Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and applicable regulations. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Assist with general material handling duties as needed. Required Experience & Skills Previous experience operating a counterbalance or stand-up forklift is considered an asset. Valid forklift certification preferred. Experience in warehousing, material handling, order pulling, or shipping/receiving. Strong attention to detail and familiarity with warehouse equipment and safety practices. Ability to work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Good physical condition with the ability to lift, move, and handle materials as required. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
