Lehighton, PA Plant Overview:

General oversight of all trailer positioning and loading on outbound product. Position also performs random quality control audits on finished products.

Job Responsibilities:

Maintain proper workflow by monitoring production equipment to keep the finished goods lines empty and raw material lines full. Loading and unloading trucks Performing heat treating process Help improve current processes through various LEAN techniques Adhere to Remmey safety standards at all times to ensure a clean and safe work environment

Job Requirements:

3+ years of experience as a forklift operator Leadership experience is a plus but not required Able to work 6:00 am to 4:30 pm Monday- Thursday Working knowledge of OSHA regulations (LOTO, PPE requirements, etc.) is a plus Ability to work on your own with minimal direction Strong critical thinking skills and ability to solve practical problems, and deal with a variety of situations in an efficient manner Ability to meet deadlines
