$22.00 per Hour Opportunities for Advancement and Increased Pay Join a Team That Values Hard Work and Versatility We are a growing contract manufacturing company seeking a dependable Shipping & Receiving Associate to manage inbound and outbound shipments while supporting day-to-day operations across our facility. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys operating forklifts, staying active throughout the day, and taking on a variety of responsibilities. While shipping and receiving will be your primary focus, we expect all team members to contribute where needed. During slower shipping periods, this role will assist with packaging, production support, and various facility projects. Schedule Monday through Friday 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM Overtime opportunities available throughout the year Primary ResponsibilitiesShipping & Receiving Load and unload inbound and outbound trucks safely and efficiently Verify incoming shipments against packing slips and purchase orders Prepare, stage, and secure outgoing shipments Maintain accurate shipping and receiving records Organize and manage inventory storage areas Coordinate with production personnel to ensure material availability Forklift Operation Safely operate forklifts to move materials throughout the facility Transport raw materials, finished goods, and packaging supplies Perform daily forklift inspections Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment Production & Packaging Support When shipping activity is light, this position will assist with: Packaging and preparing products for shipment General production labor Material handling Facility organization and housekeeping Assisting with maintenance and capital improvement projects as needed Qualifications Required Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to work overtime as needed Strong attention to detail Ability to lift, move, and handle materials safely Team-oriented attitude and willingness to help wherever needed Positive attitude and strong work ethic Previous forklift experience Preferred Shipping and receiving experience in a manufacturing environment Warehouse or inventory management experience Experience with packaging operations Combilift and/or articulating forklift experience is a significant plus What We're Looking For We're not looking for someone who only wants to drive a forklift.
