Vereens supplies golf courses, sports turf managers, landscapers, sod farms, agricultural operations, and homeowners throughout five states, from Florida through Virginia. We are looking for a dependable Forklift / Warehouse Associate to join our team at our Kingstree, South Carolina location. Position Description The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, safety-conscious, and comfortable working in a warehouse environment. This position will be responsible for receiving, organizing, loading, and pulling products while helping ensure customer orders are accurate and delivered on time. Experience in the turf, landscaping, agricultural, or green industry is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person. Responsibilities Safely operate a forklift to load and unload products. Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory. Pull and prepare customer orders for pickup and delivery. Load trucks and trailers safely and efficiently. Assist with deliveries to commercial and residential customers. Maintain an organized and clean warehouse. Communicate inventory and product needs with the warehouse and management team. Assist with inventory counts and quarterly inventory. Invoice and process customer orders as needed. Provide friendly and professional customer service. Assist with general store and warehouse operations. Operate a medium-sized flatbed truck for deliveries when needed. No CDL required. Follow all company safety procedures and properly handle products. Build positive relationships with customers and fellow employees. Additional responsibilities and opportunities for advancement as the company grows. Qualifications Previous forklift experience preferred. Ability to safely operate a forklift; training may be available for the right candidate. Warehouse, inventory, landscaping, turf, agricultural, or green-industry experience preferred. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Dependable and punctual. Excellent customer-service and communication skills. Ability to safely lift 50 pounds . Ability to operate a medium-sized flatbed truck; no CDL required . Bilingual candidates preferred. Ability to work Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:00 PM.
