The 4-Day Work Week (The "Long Weekend" Shift)

Schedule:

Monday - Thursday | 7:00 AM - 5:30

PM Option B:

Traditional 5-

Day Shifts Shifts:

1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts available. 1st: Mon - Fri 7AM until 3:30 PM 2nd: Mon-Fri 3:00 PM until 11:30 PM 3rd: Mon-Fri 11:00 PM-7:30

AM Responsibilities:

Precision Maneuvering:

Safely operate reach or sit-down forklifts and pallet jacks to move components throughout the facility.

Inventory Flow:

Efficiently stage, scan, and transport materials to support various production lines.

Quality Control:

Maintain high levels of accuracy in document processing and inventory tracking to ensure the right parts reach the right place at the right time.

Facility Support:

Assist in general warehouse organization and housekeeping to maintain a safe, world-class manufacturing environment.

Equipment Expertise:

Proven experience operating a forklift safely.

Industry Background:

At least one year of experience in a high-volume manufacturing or logistics distribution center. Attention to
