Material Handler - Manchester, TN ResourceMFG is hiring Material Handlers in Manchester, TN! We're looking for dependable, safety-focused individuals with forklift experience who are ready to join a growing manufacturing team.

Pay:

$16.48 - $17.48 per hour

Shifts:

All Shifts Available Responsibilities:

Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations. Fill hoppers and dryers with production materials. Empty grinders and prepare materials for production runs. Pre-dry materials for upcoming production schedules. Clean material loaders, grinders, and related equipment during mold and color changes. Ensure machines and auxiliary equipment are properly set up and ready for startup. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Operate a forklift to move raw materials and finished goods. Move finished products to designated staging and inventory areas. Report safety, quality, or housekeeping concerns to management. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Minimum 6 months of forklift experience within the last 12 months required . Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail. Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to learn new processes quickly and retain information. Basic math skills required.
