Duties & Responsibilities Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts safely to move materials, products, and supplies throughout the facility. Load, unload, stage, and transport materials to support production and shipping operations. Move raw materials and finished products to designated storage or production areas accurately and efficiently. Inspect forklifts before use and report equipment damage, maintenance concerns, or safety issues. Follow warehouse traffic rules, OSHA-aligned safety practices, and company operating procedures. Verify product, quantities, and locations before moving or staging materials. Maintain organized aisles, staging areas, and warehouse workspaces. Work closely with production, warehouse, shipping, and receiving teams to keep materials moving efficiently.

Qualifications & Requirements Required:

Previous experience operating a sit-down forklift, stand-up forklift, or similar powered industrial equipment. Ability to safely maneuver equipment in a warehouse or manufacturing environment. Ability to follow written and verbal safety and material-handling instructions. Strong attention to detail when moving, staging, and organizing inventory. Dependable attendance and ability to work the assigned Monday-Thursday schedule. Ability to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation. Experience operating both sit-down and stand-up forklifts. Previous manufacturing, warehouse, shipping, receiving, or material-handling experience. Experience working in a fast-paced production facility. Prior forklift training or certification is a plus; site-specific training or authorization may be required.
