Grants and institutional giving Personally write and manage major grant requests (generally $50,000 and above), including Alaska's key institutional funders. Own the foundation, corporate, and government funding calendar: prospecting, applications, reporting, and relationship stewardship. Coordinate grant-funded project reporting with program and finance staff so every award is fully expended and accurately reported. Campaign and endowment readiness Dedicate approximately twenty percent of time to the capital campaign, in coordination with campaign leadership and counsel.

Donor operations and compliance Own donor data standards and CRM discipline; coordinate gift processing, acknowledgment, and reconciliation with the Business Office. Maintain gift acceptance standards, donor intent documentation, and ethical fundraising practice consistent with AFP standards. Other duties Represent ACPA at community and funder events; maintain a professional work environment. Other duties as assigned within the scope of work and abilities.
